Due to the large operation and production provided for so many families, rising overhead costs, and city required traffic control, Historic Greenbrier Farms will be charging a $10 parking fee during fall festival hours. We will be staffing remote lots, as well as planned exit routes to keep traffic away from Sign Pine Rd. This helps to ensure we are maintaining respect for the farm's surrounding neighbors. Additionally, we provide safe parking near the festival for handicapped guests. By dividing these overhead costs among all attendees, we can maintain our fair, farm to table costs for fresh goods and provide lots of Free activities and attractions for our guests.
