Santa's Workshop

"Pre-Cut" Christmas Trees! Come pick out your favorite tree!

  • Fraser Fir -- The most desired Christmas tree around! The branches are stiff and hold up well with ornaments. The trees have a pleasant scent and needle retention is excellent. (See photos for examples)

This year We will also have some earth friendly plantable trees available for purchase as well.

PLANTABLE TREES:

  • Leland Cypress -- The most popular Christmas tree in the Southeast, the Leyland Cypress is dark green - gray in color and has very little aroma. Because it is not in the Pine or Fir family, it does not produce sap, so that those with an allergy to sap can still enjoy a Leyland as their Christmas Tree.

  • Eastern Red Cedar -- The leaves are a dark, shiny, green color; sticky to the touch; good scent; can dry out quickly; may last just 2-3 weeks; a southern Christmas tree.

  • Green Giant Arborvitae -- Much like the Leland Cypress, these excel as live Christmas trees. With their dark green color and natural cone shape. They are known for being low Maintenace with a high tolerance to diseases

  • White Pine -- Smaller specimens are popular as live Christmas trees. Eastern white pines are noted for holding their needles well, even long after being harvested. They also are well suited for people with allergies, as they give little to no aroma.
